HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We process your order as soon as we receive it. It typically takes 2-4 business days. This includes production time, since majority of our products are made to order.

 

Estimated Delivery Time 

As soon as the production process is complete, we will email you a tracking number to the email used during the purchasing process. It may take approximately 4-5 Business Days for delivery.

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER

If you order has not arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at help@occasionseekers.com

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes any errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and/or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.
